The Sanday Seal Cam sponsored by Northlink Ferries is a great watch during late October and November, the time of year that Grey seals come ashore to give birth in Orkney. The camera overlooks two small Grey Seal breeding beaches on Sanday. An infrared camera enables viewers to see an overview of the colony at night.
The camera is set up and maintained by Orkney-based Triscom Marine and allows visitors the opportunity to see the amazing wildlife opportunities that Orkney has to offer, and follow the highs and lows of an Orkney seal colony during pupping season.
